Artist, Theresa Ferg Brownback, owner of Gallery San Isabel, was personally commissioned by General Choi in 1995 to sculpt his portrait — a lasting tribute to the man who spread Taekwondo across the world. These exclusive artworks are meticulously produced to embody the essence of General Choi Hong Hi at age 55.
Only 500 pieces available worldwide, with an additional 50 Artist’s Proof Editions. Four sculptures from the limited edition have already found homes in prestigious schools in London, Vienna, and the United States, highlighting their educational and cultural significance.
Each sculpture is cast in bronze with a unique patina, complemented by a white Carrara marble and wood base.
Signed by the artist and authenticated with a blockchain record to guarantee exclusivity. No other sculpture portrait busts, created by Theresa Ferg Brownback which were the only portrait sculptures exclusively commissioned by General Choi, can be legally made.

In addition to the portrait busts, General Choi also commissioned Theresa Ferg Brownback to create a small statuette titled "Heaven and Hands." This artistic composition, measuring 30 cm tall and crafted from powdered bronze with resin, depicts the mythological tale of an ancient martial arts warrior.
